This Service Policy governs the use of the Halonivra (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") online store and the purchase of any products, including but not limited to massage chairs, children's play equipment, inflatable mattresses, and ride-on trailers. We make every effort to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but a confirmation that we have received it.

We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard. Payment will be debited from your account upon placement of your order. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area: We only support delivery within Australia. We do not currently ship to any other countries.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free delivery for orders of AUD $50.00 or more. For orders less than AUD $50.00, a flat shipping fee of AUD $5.99 will be charged.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times usually range between 5 to 8 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Methods: Our primary shipping carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Conditions: Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed. Orders that were placed more than 48 hours ago or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may wait for the delivery and then contact us to initiate a return for a refund.

  • Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Processing Time: Once the conditions for a return and refund are met, the refund will be credited back to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment. Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1-5 business days. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges are available for products within 14 days of receipt, subject to certain conditions such as the product being in its original, unused condition.

We anticipate that the refund will be processed within 1-5 business days, depending on the processing times of the respective banking institutions.
