Welcome to Halonivra (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience for your massage chairs, children's play equipment, inflatable air mattresses, and bike trailers. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
Delivery Scope
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not support delivery to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of 50 AUD or more are eligible for free standard shipping.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than 50 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 5.99 AUD will be charged.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.
Order Cut-off Time

Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will begin processing on the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will begin processing on the following business day.

If an order is placed on a weekend or a public holiday, processing will commence on the next available business day.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed and the payment is verified, we require 1-3 business days to process and pack your items before they are handed over to the carrier.
Transit Time
After the order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on the size and weight of your items.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Disclaimer
Product Damage or Loss
If your product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We may require photos of the damaged packaging and item to process a claim.
Shipping Modifications and Cancellations
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot modify the address or cancel the shipment.
Delivery Address and Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for packages that are lost due to delivery instructions left by the customer (e.g., "leave at front door").
Signing and Inspection
Upon delivery, please inspect the external packaging before signing for the receipt. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this with the carrier immediately or refuse the package, and contact us as soon as possible. For large items like massage chairs, ensure the path of entry is clear.
Unattended Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier will follow their standard procedure, which may include leaving the package in a secure location at your address or leaving a card with instructions for collection from a local depot. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to an item that is left unattended at your request or by the carrier's authority to leave.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic disruptions, or carrier strikes.
