Order Cancellation Conditions

Within 48 Hours of Order Placement: You may cancel your order for a full refund if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

After 48 Hours or Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled after 48 hours from the time of placement or once they have been dispatched. If you wish to return the furniture after it has been shipped, you may wait for the delivery to be completed and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. Order Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team via email at client@halonivra.com or by telephone at +1 (414) 324-2764. You will need to provide your order number and proof of purchase to help us locate your order promptly.

Our customer service team will process your cancellation request immediately. Once the cancellation is approved, we will notify you of the outcome and arrange for your refund to be processed.
Refund Information
Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for the payment.

Processing Time: We anticipate the refund will appear in your account within 1-5 business days, depending on the processing speeds of different banking institutions.
